Shipping funding systems, data tools, and coordination infrastructure for open source ecosystems
About
I work at the intersection of data, funding systems, and coordination for open-source ecosystems. I’ve co-led grants rounds at Gitcoin, built analytics dashboards used in live funding decisions across the Ethereum ecosystem, and contributed governance research to ENS DAO through Metagov. I help communities and funders understand where capital flows, why, and what it produces, then build the tools to act on it.
My path here wasn’t linear. Eighteen years across consulting, product, and research, including strategy and analytics roles at Deloitte and Medallia, gave me the institutional rigor I now bring to coordination systems.
What gets me out of bed: population-scale coordination challenges where incentives, governance, and impact are harder to model but more meaningful to shape.

🛠️ Recent Work
- ENS DAO Governance Research Platform — Built the analytics for Metagov’s independent governance retrospective of ENS DAO; supported a reproducible data stack (Dagster + dbt + DuckDB) across 7 onchain and forum data sources, now powering a live research platform cited in active governance decisions over a $400M+ treasury. • Dashboard • Repo • Report
- GG24 Capital Allocation Analysis — Demonstrated that Quadratic Funding reliably funds visible, legible work but structurally underfunds ecosystem-critical infrastructure, a finding that directly informs how domain operators design future rounds • Analysis • Dashboard
- GG24 Interop Standards, Infrastructure & Analytics Round — Co-designed and operated Ethereum’s inaugural interop-focused grants domain; a $100K+ QF round on Giveth to fund the open standards, tooling, and measurement systems underlying Ethereum’s multi-chain future • Domain Design • Interop Landscape • Retrospective
- Scroll Delegate Accelerator: Metrics Module — Designed and delivered a data-driven governance curriculum to 30 delegate candidates, equipping them to evaluate Scroll governance proposals with onchain metrics • Curriculum

✨ Off the Track
I believe slow miles and metaphors both help in understanding complexity, one through the body, the other through the heart. When I’m not building data tools or navigating funding labyrinths, I’m usually:
- 🛠 Fixing a puncture mid-ride on roads across Bangalore
- ✍️ Scribbling poetry that often feels like debugging emotions
Work With Me
I work with teams and funders who are building public-interest technology and need clearer strategy, better data, or stronger funding systems — grant program design, analytics dashboards, ecosystem research, and advisory support.
