I design grant programs, build analytics tools, and help complex ecosystems with better decision-making. My work helps communities and funders understand what matters, where capital flows, and how to support the projects that create real public value. My path here wasn’t linear. I started in structured environments focused on strategy, operations, and analytics, then moved toward open ecosystems where incentives, governance, and impact are harder to model but more meaningful to shape. Over 18 years, I’ve worked across consulting, product, and research roles inside both large institutions and small experimental teams.
