Designing funding systems, data tools, and coordination infrastructure for digital public goods
About
I work at the intersection of data, funding systems, and coordination for digital public goods. I design grant programs, build analytics tools, and help complex ecosystems with better decision-making, so communities and funders understand what matters, where capital flows, and how to support the projects that create real public value.
My path here wasn’t linear. Over 18 years across consulting, product, and research roles, I moved from structured environments focused on strategy and analytics toward open ecosystems where incentives, governance, and impact are harder to model but more meaningful to shape.
✍️ Explore the Garden
A decade of writing, organized into four themes.
- Coordination & Public Goods — funding mechanisms, grants programs, and the data behind Web3 ecosystems
- The Art of Work — careers, product craft, and staying competent in the age of AI
- Building Better Orgs — work culture, leadership, and how organizations decide
- Living Well — attention, contentment, and the slow compounding of a deliberate life
Alongside the essays, I grow an atomic notes library in public. It includes short reflections and referenced ideas that compound into the writing above.

✨ Off the Track
I believe slow miles and metaphors both help in understanding complexity, one through the body, the other through the heart. When I’m not building data tools or navigating funding labyrinths, I’m usually:
- 🛠 Fixing a puncture mid-ride on roads across Bangalore
- ✍️ Scribbling poetry that often feels like debugging emotions
Let’s Collaborate
I work with teams and funders who are building public-interest technology and need clearer strategy, better data, or stronger funding systems.
If you’re designing a grant program, evaluating impact, or trying to make sense of a complex ecosystem, I can help.
Ways I typically support teams
- Designing and operating grant or funding programs
- Building analytics dashboards and decision-support tools
- Ecosystem research, retrospectives, and sensemaking reports
- Product and data strategy for open-source, climate, and civic tech initiatives
- Workshops and advisory support for alignment and coordination
Open to short-term consulting, fractional roles, or project-based collaborations.
