Some of the most talented, extremely hardworking, and high agency folks in crypto cease to fall in love with one problem for more than a quarter. Probably, that's not a bad thing for an ecosystem that's highly evolutionary in nature and needs those experimental shots. But I am not quite so sure that's healthy for an individual career. Some of the enduring meta skills, like the ability to start with the end in mind or being able to put structure to chaos, come from the perseverance of facing a problem space for many more months than most roles last these days.
