Twenty-three years leading data, product, and research work across management consulting, enterprise software, and independent practice. For Fortune 500 clients at Deloitte, global brands at Medallia, and now foundations, protocols, and grant programs building open source funding systems.
My work turns messy, multi-source data into decisions people can act on: funder-fit scorecards, governance analytics, capital allocation frameworks, and the operating models around them. I’ve built consulting practices and led cross-functional design and engineering teams for global clients, and I now apply that same institutional rigor to population-scale coordination problems where incentives, governance, and impact are harder to model but more meaningful to shape.

- Gitcoin — Ecosystem Research & Grants Domain Operator: Mapped the national philanthropy landscape and local partner ecosystem for a civic-resilience platform, producing funder-fit scorecards, stakeholder network maps, and positioning narratives. Co-designed and operated Ethereum’s inaugural Interop Standards funding round, a $100K+ matching pool, from problem framing and eligibility design through public retrospective. Case study →
- Metagov — Governance Analytics: Built the analytics layer for an independent governance retrospective of a $400M+ treasury, including a reproducible data pipeline spanning seven onchain and forum data sources; now a live research platform cited in active governance decisions. Case study →
- Open Source Observer — Ecosystem Analytics: Built impact dashboards and ecosystem narratives for open source funding programs, translating GitHub and onchain metrics into intelligence that program operators and funders used to make allocation decisions.
- Scroll — Governance Curriculum: Designed and delivered a data-driven governance curriculum to 30 delegate candidates, including an original framework for measuring organizational health.
